Additionally, web based reports are produced that both the user and management can access showing how they have used company resources, specifically the Internet, to do their job. |

With respect to users, the Minitrax™ solution provides an awareness of how they use their time on the Internet. It also provides them with knowledge that they and their peers are all using company provided tools constructively and consistently.
With respect to management, the Minitrax™ solution provides the ability to have constructive dialogue with users about Internet use instead of "negative use" discussions. The reports provide management with the data they need to validate that their employees are meeting company guidelines.
