Clinton D. Bunch, Chairman and Founder
Mr. Bunch has had 25 years of direct entrepreneurial experience. After earning his Bachelor degree in Marketing in 1978, he has built Modern Tile Company into one of the largest ceramic tile contracting companies in North Texas, completing such projects as the American Airlines Center, Lone Star Park, various local shopping malls, and other landmark projects. The idea of Accountability International came from Mr. Bunch’s practical experience, common sense, and vision for the future of a “productive” Internet in business. He has demonstrated his ability to lead in other aspects of life, as well by serving as a summer camp director in the former Soviet Union for four years. Mr. Bunch plans to continue with the Company as its President and as a contributor to product development.
Jay Salem, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Salem is a former Managing Director at Electronic Data Systems where he was employed for 28 years. His duties at EDS included strategic roles involving the management of EDS' Health Care business and oversight of EDS' Global HR Delivery supporting over 140,000 employees. He also was the Division President of the EDS Financial and Insurance Group. In this capacity he was responsible for the account activities supporting all commercial insurance business, including life and health, and property and casualty. Most recently he served as President of Salem Consulting, focusing primarily on human resources outsourcing as well as other high impact engagements which included benefits, recruiting, compensation and payroll. As CEO of Accountability International, Jay will primarily be responsible to oversee the operations, business development, marketing and sales areas. His role will also include providing strategic direction to Accountability International to enable the company to achieve its goals. Mr. Salem earned degrees from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina. He is on the Board of Directors of the EDS Credit Union and serves on the Finance Committee for Jesuit College Preparatory school in Dallas.
Daniel C. Zimmerman, Chief Information and Technology Officer
Mr. Zimmerman is a former partner with Accenture where he worked in the Communication and High Tech. market unit. Daniel has 13 years of experience applying innovative information and technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs, achieving significant measurable results. Daniel’s focus is on architecting solutions with experience ranging from developing IT plans for start-ups to guiding large, complex, system programs for Fortune 100 companies. Daniel is Chairman of the Board for the Lancaster Outreach Center, a social service agency serving residents of South Dallas County. Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1989 with a B.B.A.
